All of the products in our Shops are handmade by the Olivewood and Jewelry craftsmen and artisans schooled in the Sapounakis Tradition of knife making. It is important to note that slight variations in size, color, grain, inscriptions, etc. will occur due to those same variations in wood, keratin, bone, leather, metal and the individual craftsman of the handmade process. Handmade means no two products will ever be identical!
