The Plexi Kitchen/Utility Knife

The Plexi Series are very durable everyday use knives. The smaller and mid sizes are great for Paring and Utility cutting, while the mid to larger sizes are in the Chef and Carving categories.  Very affordable, they are the workhorses of the line but with a little flair from the debossed images on the handle and laser etchings on the Stainless Steel blade. The heavy density plexiglass handle comes in black or white and is finished with the traditional Cretan “V” end. Offered in eight sizes, the mov6-c60 stainless steel blade is laser etched, and comes complete with a hard plastic blade protector that matches the handle.
