The Cretan Shepherds do their cutting and field dressing on the mountainsides of the villages. They carry a heavy duty knife like this one which has a Bone/Keratin or Rosewood handle with the traditional Cretan “V” end and brass bolster. It has laser etching on the mov6-c60 stainless steel blade that you can get in three sizes and up to a sturdy 6mm in thickness on the larger sizes with crosshatching on the spine. Each comes with a custom wooden blade cover.
