The Olive Wood Handle Kitchen/Utility Knife

The Olive Wood Handle Series are popular everyday kitchen knives. The smaller and mid sizes are great for Paring and Slicing, while the mid to larger sizes are in the Chef and Carving categories.  Similar to the Plexi Series, the Olive Wood has a finished sheen with debossed images on the handle and laser etchings on the Stainless Steel blade. The Olive Wood collection is a nice compliment to almost all kitchen cabinetry and the handle has the traditional Cretan “V” end. Offered in eight sizes, the mov6-c60 Stainless Steel blade is full tang and laser etched. Each knife comes complete with a hard plastic blade protector that matches the handle. Perfect for keeping in the knife drawer.
