The leather crafted handle has a heavy brass front quillon and rounded brass end pommel. The mov6-c60 stainless steel blade is etched with an inscription and a Cretan Matinada. Comes with a leather sheath and is available in three sizes measured tip to end.
A Mantinada is the art of musical declamation in form of a narrative or dialogue, sung in the rhythm of accompanying music. It is prominent in several parts of Greece, especially on the island of Crete where mantinades are performed in accompaniment of the Cretan lyra and Cretan laouto.
