The Bone Handle Cretan

The Bone Handle Cretan Series are the top of the line in everyday use knives. The smaller and mid sizes are great for Paring and Silcing, while the mid to larger sizes are in the Chef and Carving categories.  Similar to the Olivewood Series, the Bone is polished and has laser etched images on the handle and laser etchings on the Stainless Steel blade. The white bone stands out amongst other utensils and the solid weight of the bone handle is noticeable and comfortable the moment it’s in your hand. It has the traditional Cretan “V” end and is offered in six sizes. A laser etched Cretan Matinada adorns the Stainless Steel blade and it comes complete with a hard plastic blade protector that matches the handle.
